Returns in specific conditions

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products that you received, get in touch within 15 days after confirming the ordered receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., a production error or a delivery issue) that you are not able to resolve yourself, please send us the following details:

  • Order ID

  • The description of the issue

  • Photos of the issue (mandatory for production issues)

If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.

For Fast shipping & Fulfillment from the USA Returns Condition 

Before returning the product to the production facility, need to contact us with the following instructions.


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


If you notice any issue with the products or anything else on the order, you can report problems with an order ID, description, and take a photo and send it to us via contact-us email address.


NOTE: Be aware that the Production team may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
